The Rotterdam Council for Art and Culture (RRKC) issued an advisory report on 9 February to the Municipal Executive and the Rotterdam cultural sector concerning the long and short term changes and interventions needed to enable the Rotterdam sector to emerge stronger from the corona crisis.
