Request for advice on transgressive behaviour in the cultural sector

According to the minister, the social task is to prevent, detect and stop all forms of transgressive behaviour and to provide appropriate and timely assistance. The Minister specifically asks for insight into how the sector can give shape to its responsibility. What can the sector do differently and how can the ministry support it in this? She asks that the recommendation pay specific attention to the entire chain, starting with professional art education. Furthermore, the minister wants to know how a safe working environment for freelancers can be created in the sector.
