Designers, designers and visual artists who have been active for a minimum of three and a maximum of ten years, are demonstrably embedded in the artistic and/or creative field in the Netherlands, and also have a special plan with which they aim to achieve a clear artistic or social impact can apply for a contribution.

A budget of 65,000 euros is available per quarter. Applications can be made for an amount between 2,500 to 7,500 euros based on a specific budget or a fixed amount of 5,000 euros, without a specific budget, if you are active as a painter. In addition, Stokroos makes room for 15,000 euros on an annual basis for plans that include craft deepening or training. Applications can be made continuously, but once the available budget has been used, the application module closes for that quarter.
