Provinces and municipalities: more regional approach State cultural policy
In early December 2017, IPO (Interprovincial Consultation) and VNG (Association of Netherlands Municipalities) sent a letter to Minister Van Engelshoven (OCW) in which both organisations stressed the importance of regional distribution of art and culture.
