Boekman 113. The value of culture
At the end of 2017, Boekman #113 appeared on the value of culture. After the 2013 round of cuts and the added value of culture that was under fire in the run-up to it, the added value of art and culture is now widely recognised again, including in politics, to a greater or lesser extent and in different ways.
