In many municipalities and provinces the recommendations for the four-year art and culture plans (2021-2024) were published last spring. We focus on a number of municipalities and provinces, in particular on the part relating to visual art. In the previous editions Rotterdam, The Hague, Amsterdam and Groningen were discussed. This time it is Utrecht and Flevoland.
