Art also makes the landscape
The Brabant Knowledge Centre for Art and Culture (bkkc) and the renewed Biesbosch Museum Island organized a meeting on Friday, November 13, in the museum to discuss the role art can play within spatial developments. The Biesbosch has changed considerably in recent years. The Noordwaard has been depoldered and room has been made for the river. A new landscape and a new nature have come into being. Art also played a role in this; with various partners, land artworks were realized in the new landscape. Sandra Smets and Xandra Nibbeling report on the meeting.
