New Rotterdam Impulse Program
At the end of April, the Rotterdam Council for Art and Culture (RRKC) advised the Municipal Executive to establish a low-threshold impulse program for makers and new cultural initiatives to stimulate innovation in Rotterdam's cultural sector.
