The evaluation covering the period 2019-2022 was carried out by Bureau Berenschot which produced the report Agencing and addressing published in October 2023.
Berenschot concludes that the council has an authoritative position in the cultural sector and that, despite the circumstances resulting from the corona crisis, the council managed to issue an appropriate number of high-quality opinions during the period under review. The interlocutors with whom
Berenschot spoke, for purposes of the evaluation, appreciating the council's choice to advise on topics such as transgressive behavior and sustainability.
