Culture covenant East Netherlands and OCW
Landsdeel Oost wants to develop into a "breeding ground" for new forms of art and culture. This is stated in the culture covenant agreed upon by the Ministry of OCW, the provinces of Gelderland and Overijssel and the cities of Arnhem, Apeldoorn, Nijmegen, Ede, Deventer, Zwolle, Hengelo and Enschede.
