For thousands of years we have domesticated animals. But which ones do we cherish and which ones do we eat? That seems to depend on culture and the spirit of the age. Until 19 April 2020, Animalia in Garag Rotterdam presents an animal world of mythology, voodoo, humour, historical collections and performances. The artists invite you to view the world from the perspective of animals. Participating artists: Idiots, Semâ Bekirovic, Melanie Bonajo, Tom Claassen, Niek Hendrix, Paul Kooiker, Juul Kraijer, Francesco Merlini, Femmy Otten, Khvay Samnang, Charlotte Schleiffert, Jessica Segall and Simon Wald-Lasowski.
