Task force comes up with opening and recovery plan for cultural sector

On January 19, 2022, the Taskforce Cultural and Creative Sector presented its Opening and Recovery Plan to the Cabinet and House of Representatives. The goal: a predictable and careful corona approach for audiences, creators and cultural organizations, where the policy reflex is no longer "close" but "stay open safely. 

In the plan, the Task Force six proposals to emerge from the crisis agile and resilient, including a roadmap. The plan also outlines what the sector needs to recover from the corona crisis: measures to help audiences return, to retain makers, artists and independent workers for the sector, and to continue to offer a full range of programs in the future. The plan deals extensively with the worrying situation of makers and independent professionals. The Taskforce has drawn up a set of agreements, Fair Pay in emergency and recovery support, thereby ensuring That emergency support reaches all parts of the cultural chain.
