North Holland wants to strengthen cooperation between municipalities in the field of culture and stimulate the development of cultural talents, according to the Culture Implementation Program - Broadening & Connecting 2025 - 2028.
The province will do more to strengthen regional networks and support municipalities, including by bringing municipalities together, using experts to share knowledge and experience, and encouraging concrete projects that lead to strong cooperation.
To make it more natural for young talent to show their work to audiences and develop, three talent development programs are being launched: Starting Makers for the province's top talent, Cultural Practice for the grassroots and the Impulse Regional Talent Development for young people on their way to professional practice.
