Publication with a lot of information on the use of the Fair Practice Code and experiences from practice.
Kunsten '92: "The Fair Practice Code was handed over to then-Minister Jet Bussemaker in October 2017. With support from OCW, Kunsten '92 has developed and implemented a programme over the past three years, connecting all users of the code - from government, institution and maker to audience - to reflect on their own working practices. One of the most important gains to date is that the Fair Practice Code has made people at all levels aware of the need for fair and sustainable labour relations. The corona crisis may have hindered the process somewhat, but it has also made the need for the Code extra clear."
The Fair Practice Code is a moral compass for everyone working in or with the cultural and creative sector.
In the near future Kunsten '92 wants to continue to put energy into the Fair Practice Code in order to make it easier to use and better known. The organisations also want to get a grip on the dilemmas and opportunities surrounding the code. The already existing Online Quickscan will be further developed to help institutions design and implement their own fair practice policies.
Kunsten '92: "The Fair Practice Code is a moral compass for everyone working in or with the cultural and creative sector. With the code, we ask for continuous reflection on our work."
