  • publications

The SHIFT Environmental Sustainability and the Arts Annotated Bibliography is a guide to key resources, literature, and inspiring examples for developing environmentally sustainable arts practices.

The publication is intended as a supporting tool for cultural organisations and professionals from all art disciplines and cultural fields.

The annotated bibliography is not exhaustive and is rather intended as a guide that, as a whole, provides an overview of discourses on sustainability and the arts, as well as pathways for developing ecologically sustainable arts and cultural practices. The guide can also be used to look up relevant sources on specific topics. All sources have been specifically selected for their relevance to the arts and cultural field.
