Triodos believes it can help 250 companies and institutions get started and provide up to EUR 200 million in loans to cultural and creative entrepreneurs in Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and Germany over the next two years. The guarantee scheme is covered by the Guarantee Facility for the Cultural and Creative Sector of the European Union (CCS GF). Triodos Bank expects to finance a wide range of initiatives and says it will focus mainly on the film industry, media, art schools, music festivals, theatre and music productions.
