Cape Town art festival takes over downtown Tilburg again. Artists from home and abroad hack the Stadsforum for three days with pop-up art, interactive installations and playful performances. At a time when more and more people are feeling left out - even in the middle of the crowd - Cape Town 2025 aims to literally and figuratively make space for encounters.
